My methods & Ethics

I work with the energy of the land in the Q’ero tradition of Peru and aim to reconnect you with your spirit. I have been initiated in the Munay-Ki Rites to remain a clear channel of energy for our sessions. I combine techniques (listed below) which enable me to access the purest energetic frequencies available at this time. I am a spirit medium, and use this ability to aid in our work together.

Drawing from my Anthropology training, I’m committed to removing bias and delivering culturally sensitive messages. These techniques are not restricted to a particular religion or spiritual practice. My services never replace proper medical, legal, or professional treatment. I will not infringe on consent rights of another person and I do not offer predictive readings.

Holy Fire® III Reiki

Reiki is a technique from Japan that uses gentle hand positions placed on the body (or hovering above) to infuse a flow of Life Force Energy through the body. Also referred to as Prana, Qi, or Chi - Life Force Energy is the energy that flows through all living things. When our energy is depleted or blocked it can lead to undesirable symptoms of poor health.

Holy Fire® III is a newer form of Reiki which includes processes that connect clients directly to Life Force Energy, bypassing the need for it to pass through the practitioner. This keeps the energy pure and helps clients develop their own relationship with the energy around them.

The Violet Flame

An energy of alchemy, freedom, forgiveness, love, grace, justice & joy. This is a new level of frequency brought to us by St. Germain specifically for the Age of Aquarius so that we can embrace creative change and free the past.

Do you have a specific emotion or situation that you just can’t seem to move beyond? The Violet Flame is the 7th ray of light which can help to restore energy to its purified state. It activates hidden memories within our DNA and helps us transform old programming. It doesn’t just remove negative energy, it transmutes those old parts of self into fuel so you can use it to achieve a more harmonious way of life.

Practitioners are trained to balance masculine/feminine energy, aid in breaking addictions, and clear karma to improve relationships.

Akashic RecordS

Akasha is the Sanskrit word for “aether”, “sky”, or “atmosphere.” The Akashic Records are the collection of universal events, thoughts, words, emotions and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present or future. Theosophists believe that this information is encoded in a non-physical plane of existence.

Some of our most deep rooted fears & unsupportive behavioral patterns can be traced to negative past life events, global energy influences, or even our future selves. Reading the Akashic Records can help us send healing to the root cause of anxiety or uncover hidden talents that might bring you joy in this lifetime.

  • Healing energies go where they are needed even if the recipient feels unsure about how the process works, or they struggle to let go of control. You just need to be willing to accept positive changes in your life and be open to a new experience. Energy healing can be a great way to ease over-thinking, and build trust with the universe and the magic of unseen processes. I believe that you wouldn’t be reading this if your soul wasn’t saying that it’s time to let go of some baggage.

  • Some indications that it’s time for energy healing include; feeling a lack of direction, repetitive negative thoughts, lack of focus, low self-esteem, trouble sleeping, relationship challenges, muscle tension, and frequent headaches. There is never a wrong time to receive healing as long as you have some outside support system in place of either friends, family, or medical professionals.

  • Green Grotto energy sessions are relatively risk free, but nothing is without a small possibility of complications. Some people may experience physical pain or emotional distress during, or shortly after the session. While this is often a natural part of the healing process, you always have the right to stop the service and address your concern with me. Your safety is my top priority, and I recommend that clients develop an outside support system of friends, family, or medical professionals.

  • Reiki is a non-invasive way to aid the body’s natural ability to heal itself by helping you enter a deep state of relaxation. Energy healing practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe/perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed professional. Energy healing compliments a health-conscious lifestyle and can help alleviate physical/mental symptoms, but do not replace licensed professional care. You are responsible for your own decision making, reactions to the information presented to you, and outcomes (or lack thereof). Services with me are for your rest, which has a positive impact on your health, but don’t aim to “fix” or cure you.
