Community Guidelines

Protecting the integrity of our group experience is our top priority. Access may be restricted at anytime. If misconduct has occurred, participants may receive 1 written warning to correct the behavior before access is revoked.

Respect Differences.

Our ceremonies and gatherings represent a blend of faiths. Please keep disagreements constructive, and return to the common goal we share. Green Grotto’s offerings are intended to bring people from different backgrounds together, not impose beliefs on one another. Use participants’ preferred pronouns when referring to them. This is intended to be a LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC inclusive space. We aim to demonstrate cultural sensitivity.

Respect Privacy.

Please ask for permission from the parties involved before sharing conversations that occur during live streams, or group discussions. Green Grotto’s gatherings are meant to be a sacred moment for introspection. Publicly sharing screenshots or other forms of data collection about participants is strictly prohibited, unless written consent from the participant and Erica Clavin has been acquired. Participants may share snapshots from their personal experiences publicly if they so chose.

Respect Green Grotto.

No soliciting participants for your personal gain. Erica Clavin encourages their community to share resources, and will provide structured opportunities for educators, service providers, and researchers to share their work.

Respect Yourself.

Please contact Erica Clavin at erica@greengrottocollective.com if you feel that your cultural information has been misrepresented, or that Erica Clavin, and/or special guests have disrespected you personally in some way. Green Grotto and Erica Clavin are not liable for the actions of any participants, but your experience and satisfaction matters even in our free events.
